Getting mad stuttring on my PC, tried every setting...
GTX 780 OC'd to 1189mhz
i7-6700k OC'd 4,5Ghz
16GB DDR4 RAM OC'd to 2400mhz

Please fix.

Update: Gets no more stutter.
GTX 1070 OC'd to 2055mhz
i7-4790
16GB 1600mhz
