i just cant recommend this until they actually get rid of their launcher. the launcher broke the game so much that it cant play with Workshop mods from here. before the launcher update, meaning before they made it mandatory to play the game through their launcher instead of through steam itself. the game was just fine, a solid 8/10. but because the launcher is so broken even after many years of updates, it dropped down to 4/10.

Game crashes after 2 minutes every time, if game is in Offline mode. / 10

Serious review, this Tech Demo is quite interesting in the aspect where its similar to Arma 3 for Editing, but needs more work in Pudding Flavors, as would be expected for a Tech Demo.

Act 2 Mission 3, crash on Loading screen.

even after reinstalling 5 times, checking files 27 times, and trying the game in Safe Mode.

i use to play this game about last year, back on itch.io so when it came here, i was excited....

first look into it since EA release:
- The "full game" after you buy it, is just the Demo.
- The game play is still broken.
- The Story is ok, it still needs more work but that part isn't that important right now.
- Most of all... THERE'S NO PUDDING!

Needs more Crime/10

i've followed this game for many years and was waiting for the day to finally have it on steam, and the moment i play it from here, i already love it.

i may update this after many more hours into the game, but right now. this is all i will post.

Amazing game, but there are times when you place items down for extra Detail, or just like having junk around the house rather than placing them in storage containers. those placed items decide to just Disappear either the next time you load into the game, or when you return to the base.

also. Pudding!

Only things i dont like about the game are the Pathfinding for subs, even vanilla. and the amount of subs is very little for vanilla, i like having massive subs that have other massive subs that can attach to them. 20 stories each

Leveling is too easy, community is very little, there's not much skill involved with the game, even with it being a Free to Play game.

even the character models are horrible. except the ass. that's somewhat ok.

4,000 hours, 2,000 addons, and 2 minute load times later, it could be better.

Edit: Not enough Pudding

Edit 2: still could be better. the modding community gets a lot of backlash from Facepunch, and Steam even though the modders are the reason GMOD is actually fun.

Edit 3: Them deleting Fan Work because a Company said, just made the game even worse.
