Space Marine 2 is an extremely based intolerant brutal religiously zealous male super soldier power fantasy, and it's friggin awesome. The combat is righteously satisfying; every bolter shot feels meaty and impactful, every chainsword slash is heavy and visceral. The attention to detail of the game world is amazingly immersive, the game just looks phenomenal. The story and characters are very well written and acted; strong loyal men and women of honor and duty, and convincing and complex villains. There is a PVP mode which is quite good as well, it is simple yet satisfying. It's very cool to see the Warhammer 40k universe so faithfully, lovingly, and lore-accurately recreated in such a way for us to experience digitally. I would put it forth that this is the best Warhammer 40k game ever made.
