The game just needed a bit more time in the bone-oven to be spine-tinglingly fun. Before, it was all marrow-dumbing slow and sluggish, and I'm not talking about the performance but the bone-chilling gameplay feel. Thank the skeleton gods, the developers have put the game through enough torment to make it a whole lot better.
