Ground beef (2 lbs)
Refried beans (30 oz)
Shredded cheese (lots)
Salsa (1 cup)
Corn/tortilla chips (1 bag)
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Season. I use taco seasoning, chopped onions, onion salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper.
3. Layer bottom of 9x13 casserole dish with chips. Crush them a bit.
4. Heat beans on stove until hot.
5. Pour beans over chips in dish.
6. Add 1 cup shredded cheese & 1 cup salsa to meat.
7. Add beef over the beans.
8. Add layer of shredded cheese on top.
9. Bake 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Enjoy the dairy aftermath. :D
