Really good game, all about teamwork even though many don't see it that way.
It's a bit sad that the community has a lot of cheaters, people trying to trick the rank system by "smurfing" and some intolerable or "toxic" players. Some problems that need to be address and surely diminished, even if there aren't permanent solutions.
Perhaps, since the community gives a lot of attention to Skins, maybe combining the Overwatch system with exclusively Overwatch skins as reward in case of "x" number of success cases, for example. Could even make that skins non-tradable or with some market control. The idea is making the overwatch more active and perhaps helping the community.
But all things consider it's a really fun game.
