I killed him five times over - I didn't know it was a bug, and thought it was just him getting "stronger" or something each time lol. But also sometimes he just plain ol' disappeared, so I couldn't interact with him or progress, and other times he walked away and had the same, so those times I had to change server. Eventually 3rd or 4th time (plus those 5 respawns) eventually did the trick haha. Woot woot in the boot!

I finally finished some of the expansion quests - the BoS one, Atlantic City Part 1 & 2, and the Skylines! All so good! Still hope to catch you!
