The game is 10 years on steam, and 10 years in Early access. I bought this game almost 10 years ago because I thought It would release in at max 1 or 2 years later, but no.

Not only that, the game is really poorly optimized.
In all of this time I had several builds and none of them ever managed to play this game in max settings, thats how poorly optimized it is.
I can on this current Setup play Resident Evil 8 (with ray tracing on) Horizon, Death Stranding, and other games in max settings with 0 issues whatsoever, but this game I can't.

And as others already pointed out, they don't seem to improve on what they have, they scratch everyting and start over every time they update the game, becase you lose everything, your inventory, skills, everything.

So yeah, if you wanna buy it, wait till it's release, perhaps in another 10 years.
