I started D&D with the purple box in 1984. In the years that followed I often dreamed of what a 'real' D&D video game would look like. While the Baldur's Gate games were and excellent first generation for the genre, I'd have to say that DDO is my long time dream come true. The recent addition of Keep on The Borderlands and other old school modules to DDO are only adding to my enthusiasm. If you're looking for and approachable Fantasy RPG and have not yet tried DDO, you have nothing to lose by giving this superlative free to play version of D&D a go. Oh, and don't be evil, because chaotic good is about all this paladin has tolerance for....
