As the game currently is, a lot is missing, but its still plenty fun, things do get repetitive. Ores are common across all the lands with barely any new ones from the starting island. Many sound effects are missing, EX: The shooting sound of a bow or Casting sounds of a spell. Hopefully it gets better as time goes on.
