This game...this game is very hard to rate due to multiple factors.
The game itself is pretty great, it's a fun 1 v 4 ""horror"" game with survivors and killers with a tug of war against completing objectives for survivors and killers trying to stop them. It's a pretty fun back and forth with lots and lots of different characters on both sides to choose from.

The big problems I have is...everything else honestly. But I'll sum them up into 3 huge problems I have.

Let's start with the community. It is a community of high highs but EXTREMELY low lows. If you manage to play with other chill players or friends than it'll be nice. And I have to mention the content creators, people like Otzdarva and SpookyLoops make the good side of the community an absolute pleasure to be a part of. But there is also a very high chance of encountering extremely toxic people, and not the type of toxic to just call you a slur and move on, the toxic people in this game can sometimes go as far as to throw out personal insults and join Twitch streamers just to throw constant insults, spam, and even racism at times. The low side of this community is one of the worst I've ever seen and they even go out of their way to attack the previously mentioned great side of the community.

Second is the company that released the game. I'm not necessarily talking about the game devs themselves, I'm more talking about the company of Behavior as a whole. This company has made some of the most baffling, confusing, and downright ridiculous decisions on their game that I have ever seen. Decisions like ignoring complaints about hit boxes and instead fixing female breast mechanics (I'm dead serious, look it up if you don't believe me), making it seem like the game is more survivor sided by having in game mechanics only available to survivors and not killers, such as changing their character during the pregame lobby, recycling content like when the Year 5 anniversary event was literally a copy paste of the Year 4 anniversary event, and other decisions, if I listed them all this review would be a novel.

And finally...hackers. As of writing this review the company has finally addressed the hacker problem and is starting to take action, but I will not be giving them a break about it as the hacker issue has been going on for Well over a full year, it should have been addressed long ago. The hackers in this game are horrendous, going to lengths of ddosing servers, hacking credit card info, forcing streamers to be trapped in lobbies for Literal hours, causing the game to do things that should be impossible like Killing their fellow survivors when they are playing survivor?!?! The hackers in this game are some of the scummiest and most dedicated to being low lives that I've ever seen, it's honestly impressive, not only how much Behavior has allowed them to get away with, like leaking IP addresses, but for how long, it's been over a year, there is no excuse!

So, after all of that, I still recommend this game? Somehow, yes I do.
Even with such extreme lows, the game is still fun and the good side of the community is a damn strong one. If you are looking to give this game a try I recommend with friends or with a Discord group. Stick to the good side of the community and you'll have a good time.

Still though, screw Behavior.
