Total War: WARHAMMER - Blood for the Blood God
This should be a toggleable option in the game itself and not a paid DLC.
If the developers truly want to put it in the shop as DLC it should be free & available for everyone.

The only good thing about this is that you will get Total War: WARHAMMER III: Blood for the Blood God III for free if you own this or Total War: WARHAMMER II - Blood for the Blood God II.
