As much as I truly want to enjoy this game, I cannot recommend this game in it's current state.
I deeply enjoyed Warhammer: Vermintide 2, also made by Fatshark Games and unfortunately, this game is not it.
Darktide crashes, crashes and crashes.. I have had many missions in which I have had multiple crashes, some happening right at the end, leaving me with no mission rewards and having to relaunch.
I am running a RTX 3070 and Ryzen 5 3600 so my PC Specs are not the problem either.
Aside from the performance problems, the game is also very lacking in mission variety, currently with barely 7 maps with several missions on the same maps. Comparatively, the base game of Vermintide 2 had 13 unique maps/missions.
Additionally, many features are still currently disabled including weapon rerolling and other armory customisation features yet Fatshark prioritised adding microtransactions on skins from day 1.

As much as I want to like this game, it is currently in a worse state than some alpha releases of games I have played.
IF this game gets the patches and updates it needs then I will redo this review, however, currently, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
