Hey, don't look light at my 144 hours of gameplay. I used to play this game for probably over a thousand hours back before it even exist in steam. I like this game, but I cannot stomach myself to like this dlc. You are wondering why I give a thumb down for this dlc?

The main attraction of AOE is due to the single player campaign being brilliantly design and develop for us player to enjoy. The campaign for this dlc are poorly design to the extend that it seems to be nearly impossible to enjoy it. It seems the creator of the campaign just spam a massive amount of unit, structure or slap in whatever they could add. If you have a toaster for pc, it would lag soo badly you can barely enjoy it. I could play Age of Kings, The Conquerors & The African Kingdoms Campaigns absolutely fine without suffering any lag; but the same cannot be said about this one.

Don't get me started on the pathing, due to the enormous amount of trees, bushes, rocks and etc etc was slap into the map. Trying to direct a large amount of unit to move around it could turn into a pretty nasty situations. It got worst consider that most of the unit are irreplaceable in most of the scenario. I try to move 1 unit, only 1 unit at a straight direction on a path that have absolutely no obstacle. Guess how my unit move?

If you plan to buy dlc, go for the African Kingdoms dlc.

The gameplay was quite linear and short. Infact, you can finish this game in about 4 hours at normal difficulty.

Is this game worth to buy? It depends on your own perspective.

Worth to be purchase at full price if you enjoy the game for it's story. Some might find the plot to be average, other might find it to be awesome and some enjoy the plot for it's utter madness. I, on the other hand enjoy the game for it's dark humor and insanity potray by the protagonist.

If you enjoy a game for it's gameplay and care nothing about plot, this game is not for you due to the simple mechanism it potray as shooter genre and low replayability values. Some might disagree with me, but that's how I seen it as far as I am concern.

Quite a decent puzzle and storyline for me.

Try adjust the setting as best as I could and still fall into motion sickness. If you experience the same, try take a break once in awhile.

Customize your waifu dlc.

Steam should have a option called Neutral instead of Yes or No Recommendation only. Based on what I am facing, I would suggest south-east asia player not to purchase this game. You must be wondering why? Here is a few thing I would like to point out.

Low Population & Unfriendly Community - There isn't much server that are based on SEA region, even if there is. You can be assured that most of the server are either dead or full. For your information, there is tons of game mod and there is no guarantee you can find a server with the game mode of your preferences with player playing on the server. In worst case scenario, you might join a server full of player abusing mic or got kicked out of the server for being newbie.

Forever Loading - If you are from SEA, you should have known how poor our internet speed is compare to the other part of the world. Some server in this game have a rather behemoth size of mod to download, which some could take forever. Of my 57 minutes of gameplay, I spend roughly 50 minutes joining server instead of playing this game. As if the loading period not enough, you would wound up with tons of Error model during the gameplay to the extend of being unplayable.

I admit this game is fun, especially when you watch it from twitch or youtube. If you plan to play with public player or with bad internet connection, better forget about it cause the fun would be ruin real quick.

Ok, time to be serious. I would recommend this game to anyone who yet to play La Noire and have extra cash to spend on game. Otherwise you would find this game rather disappointing despite all it's idea and concept being brilliant and yet failed to be execute in beautiful manners.

Plus, certain features in this game could tend to be repetitive and annoying which I certainly won't mention due to possibility of spoiler but you can check it out at forum if you want to knew about it. This game are certainly not worth to be purchase in full price and undoubtedly not fit for hardcore fans of mystery game due to the simplicity of it.

7/10 for me.

A nice conclusion to the Ezio sage, it such a shame to see it comes to the end. But everything have to come to the end someday & this pretty much leave you empty.
