The nostalgia is real. I have fond memories of playing Age of Mythology with my father when I was a child, now as an adult, I can enjoy the experience of sharing this game with him all over again. A fantastic remaster that brings a 20 year old game to the next generation and caters to the current audience.

Age of Empires Story scenarios/ campaign have nothing of Age of Mythology Retold's scenarios. You can tell this is a passion project and less of a money grab (cough cough WC III Reforged) as they have included a new mission that explores a fan favourite character who was neglected in the original game when it came to character development.

Can't wait to see what the future holds for this game in the way of expansion packs.
Finished The Fall of the Trident campaign in about 17 hours on standard mode, so story wise plenty of game play. Then there will be multiplayer and skirmishes to explore after I have finished the other two campaigns.

Conquest is where the fun is at, after Story mode.

Lady Butterfly is easy.
