Hey man, just did some browsing on Youtube, and found a nice effective way to farm weapon proficiency. In the place where you fight the Rakk Hive boss for the Key Fragment, he respawns, and you can keep fighting him after you Exit. On P2 he is called Awesome Rakk Hive, and on P2.5 he is called Ultimate Rakk Hive - use the Ultimate one. Get out a powerful weapon and dwiddle his health down to like 1%. Then finish him off with the weapon you are trying to level up (say a Rocket Launcher). The weapon you kill him with is the weapon you level. Hope this helps us out!
