First (normal) playthrough took me 100 hours and I probably missed half the content or more (especially companion exclusive content).

Two hours into my second (this time evil) playthrough I cut a guys hand off and kept it as a trophy, lured a child into getting fatally bitten by a venomous snake, ripped a guys nails out and branded him, beheaded one of the main characters and commited a double genocide.

Best game I've ever played, you can do pretty much anything.

10/10, very wholesome :)
