Highly recommend.
Overwatch is fast-paced, faster than fast. A core gameplay-loop that after almost 3000 hours I've still yet to fully explore. I love it. I love the characters, the art, the world, the biggest shame is that Activision Execs refused to allow the Devs to turn it into everything they believed it could be.
But I've tried other stuff, Valorant, Fortnite, so on, and I probably have more complaints about Overwatch than most people, I still come back to Overwatch. Its just really good. Love-hate relationship, yes. I take breaks, play when its fun, play to enjoy it.

There's a lot I don't like about modern gaming, battlepasses, micro(more macro)-transactions, etc.
Overwatch has these things, and I understand some people find that unjustifiable, sometimes I agree (Valorant's £80+ bundles...), I buy the battlepass here because I genuinely don't mind putting a couple quid into a game I enjoy. But you don't have to.

Story-mode. I've yet to play, I've heard good things. It is disingenuous to have it wrapped in a bundle with coins to buy the battlepass, for people other than myself who don't want the battlepass, ouch, that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Its gonna be 6+ months until we get more story missions, that doesn't feel great. Don't buy it if its not for you, the core of Overwatch is free, suck it dry for all its worth without giving anything to ActiBlizz.
