Nice Performance enhancments, including upgrading the game to 64bit. This is very helpful for not hitting the RAM limit in cells when many NPCs are present. Getting it for free if you have all of the DLC was great. If you already own Skyrim, this isn't a must have upgrade, but if your going in fress into the Elder Scrolls V, pick this one up instead.
