A review after 200+ hours! So read some reviews and most aren't complete enough to be fair. So here it is a honost review:
1. It's a free game so you can't complain a lot about it.
2. Its is fun. The quality of this game is high especially considering it is free.
3. Unlike what most people say, it is not pay to win. I never payed a dime, got all the heroes. You will earn a lot of money, but you got to play to earn it. Some heroes are cheap some are more expensive.
4. There is no best hero. It is more important how you play with you hero. This game is not a FPS where you goal is to kill as many players as you can. You need to be smart. Every hero has a weakness and a strentgh. It will take a few hours to find them. So once again, you just need to play. When a hero is to strong, the developers will make him weaker within weeks after release.
5. Amount of players is a real problem. On average you need to wait 2min before every game. Not a huge problem, but you would think that given the quality and fun there aren't wait times.
6. Great support! We get new heroes and updates all the time! In terms of support it is the same as ARK, so just awesome.
7. I noticed that most players whom are complaining are actually the players who are just not that good. They fight hard but not smart. Like you will notice.
8. Strong learning curve. The game is easy, but it will take some hours for beginners to understand it. After that, with every new hero you will need some hours to master his skills. This game does not only depends on skills but also tactics.
9 One huge problem is that people will during the match. The problem is, when a player leaves there is no side effect for the other team. Meaning they got a extra guy. Also people will leave when your on the loosing side, while a game can change within seconds.

Conclusion: I think this is a must have game. It is fun, free and has great support. You would be stupid not to try it out. Is it perfect no... But how many EA games did you buy that last year that were unplayable, XD.
