Changing the review once again, and probably - at last.

Both me and this game have went through a long path, and it was a bumpy one. A lot of changes were made, some for worse, but most were probably for the better. DLC's didn't turn out to be as much of an issue as everybody had expected, and they do add some neat options for people that are really invested into game, with a fair share of free updates for everybody. Gameplay is probably the best out of all space sandboxes out there. Story is nonexistent, bits of lore are mostly scattered across files and folders of the Deluxe Edition DLC. Best thing about soundtrack is that you can turn it off. Ping on multinational servers is just atrocious: be it dedicated or player-hosted.

TLDR: buy if you love designing, engineering, building, space and exploration. Do NOT buy if you want story, soundtrack, characters and whatever. You can do roleplaying, but I wouldn't advise it.
