It is not balanced
It has some strange bugs
the AI likes to spin in circles while aiming
half the weapons function in strange ways
the game is still fun.

Pros
-Different mage types do very much feel like different kinds of playthroughs
-Can custom make your own mage (only a few options so far) but will change your gameplay quiet a bit.
-sped up animations do go quiet quickly.
-Combat is enjoyable

Cons
-Despite decent tooltips and tutorial tips, the game has a fair bit of information to learn and will likely result in the first few playthroughs likely dieing.
-Stories do not seem to change dependent on character choices
-Would have liked to choose what races I could recruit in the early game, always goblins ... damn goblins

Overall so far I give it a 7.3/10 the game has a fair amount of promise the downsides are slightly nit picky and there is a fair amount to actually do in the game.

Early in this game is showing alot of promise. I get the feel of fallen enchantress, sorcerer king more than I would say might and magic vibes.

So far a few different scenarios, types of magic and types of characters should give a few playthroughs worth of value.

I have only encountered one game breaking bug so far, however I was unable to replicate it. I feel it was more of a freak coincidence.

So having a couple hundred hours in the original I must say that this is quiet the interesting reborn. The voice acting countered thus far is quiet well done, the visuals seem nice, the new skill system could have used more explanation but it seems interesting enough.

This game is pretty interesting. The classes play quiet differently from one another and the game can get fairly hard. pretty easy pickup if you are a fan of the deckbuilder genres.

Fire emblem meets Ogre battle. The difficulty for me is a touch on the wonkey side. I find normal a cake walk as the game seems to be designed around the hard difficulty (which involves perma deaths) so if you have it balanced for characters to die , fairly often. Than when they don't they simply grow out of control.

The story is pretty much your standard fair, find the crystals save the world.

The gameplay is quiet enjoyable though and I have been very happy with the purchase overall. Tip, don't really spend money on troops until chapter 7

I actually love the game itself, and I heard there was some tidbits in the guide so I went to pick it up.

The guide itself has some pretty big problems, they have charts for stats without really having them in a chart form. There is a fair amount of spelling errors and problems.

The art has some nice jokes in it, and a few of the creators notes which is nice. I also did like the folder of the high res character artwork and the concept art.

I like it to support the devs, but as a quality product on its own it falls short of what it should be.

A fun enough little strategy game, I enjoyed the "land" series and this one was also enjoyable enough price to value.

The game is quiet fun, the storyline is kind of whatever but that is not why you play games like this. You play it to take your slave animals against other slave animals and beat the snot out of them nerd circling bosses 3v1 and finding broken combos that make you feel you need a shower. 7/10 only not higher as I felt the end game was a touch of a slog until I spent a few hours finding a team that was just broken and steam rolled everything.

Things were going great until Josh got mad and insulted Elaine. Elaine got mad and slapped Dave so Dave burned down the house ... thanks Dave.

10/10 Would have house burnt down again.

The purchase of his banner does indeed make brigand marksmen drop to 0% accuracy.
