Probably the best game of all time but still needs to be actively cared for. Recent bot removal has been good, but there are still cheaters actively parading around and it's clear Valve as a company seems unable to care for their games long-term. Support needs to be given consistently and content shouldn't be outsourced solely to the community, and if Valve is unwilling to do so then TF2's ownership itself should have to change.
