There was an error with the plugins causing all mobs to spawn, and day time to occur. I fixed the error, and everythings working good again.

Hello, for your new DayZ map, on Minecraft. I posted why I wanted to join Staff, but it ALWAYS said I had to fill in all the circle, even though I did 7 times....
