Group for official Space Standoff mode

Standoff is a new awesome mode released for space engineers hosted on two official servers. This group serves to get a good sized lobby going.

Either join official PvP EU #1 or #2 directly or search "PvP EU" in the browser. You can also play this scenario in singleplayer to have a look around.

Of course not. You can just join and simply watch, or man a base turret or help weld whatever somebody else is working on. If you're good at fighting but not good at building you'll have plenty of opportunities to contribute same as builder who doesn't fight much. Help as much or as little you want.

Space Standoff is a survival, but it's more about strategy and procedure, less about accumulation. Your builds for this mode should be affordable and buildable. Welder print can be setup within minutes and you can improve yourself and learn by observing what and how other people build. Another important thing is combat stress. Lots of players are very tense when their survival builds are threatened on classic survival servers. You can expose yourself to a smaller amount of it in low-stake scenario to learn to overcome this and be better.
