Try going to Valve, City Interactive or SteamWorks.They do have records . I might try calling so as to get a real person and just explain. This sort of thing happens all the time. Good Luck!

theres gotta be a way to reinstall the game! I only had the thing like 5 days .they should have records of when i registered the KEY-CODE and b able to see im on the same PC at the same IP address..that is if i can get the fkrs to respond to me

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with a problem...yesterday I uninstalled STEAM to see if it would fix a problem it kept freezin up and acting crazy...so I uninstalled and I had no idea it would take SNIPER with it...I bought the game at WAL-MART ! anyway i re-installed STEAM but I can't get the game to reinstall it says cause I have already used the key-code....I'm pissed! Anyone know how I might fix this problem? apreciate it!
