Invites

Chatroom
...make the chatroom public or private? (Owner + Officers)
...kick users from the group chatroom? (Owner + Officers + Moderators)
...ban users from the group chatroom? (Owner + Officers)
...invite guests to group chatroom when private? (All Members)
