Sorry folks this is a couple days late. There was no release date on this game and i've only had a chance to keep checking back. I did check both listings so it wasn't just the discussion section and I used a random name picker to pick who would win so if there are questions on fairness. Hi fellow RPG gamers,

I'm announcing a Final Fantasy IX give away prior to it's release on Steam so people will have the chance to enter and obtain the game upon release. This happens to be one of my favorite Final Fantasy games and if people show interest I might add more chances to obtain a copy of FF9 or to give away copies of other Final Fantasy games. I can't guarantee other games but most likely can guarantee more chances in the draw.

I'd like to take a moment and introduce our newest group moderator - GoldenKitty.

GoldenKitty has been a long time member of the group and has been one of our most active and helpful members. I personally reached out to him and asked him to be our newest mod because I've noticed on many, many occasions the positive participation he brings here. :)

I'm proud of how friendly and helpful group members are to each other on a constant basis. We have so many active and loyal members and GoldenKitty is no exception to that.

I just want to take a moment and allow myself and this group to pay respect to a very admirable man that the world has lost. The president and CEO of Nintendo, Mr. Satoru Iwata, has sadly passed away.

This was a man who brought the code of Earthbound(one of the greatest RPGs of all time) from the brink of disaster and allowed us to play one of the most iconic rpgs/games of all time. This was a man who cut his own salary in half after Nintendo had a bad fiscal year. He was an admirable and humble man. The gaming community and the world lost someone great.

Nintendo has been a staple in many of our gaming histories; past and present. We offer our deepest condolences to Mr. Iwata's friends and family, Nintendo, and the gaming community as a whole during this very difficult time.

Rest in peace Mr. Iwata. You've certainly earned it.
