Public Chatting Room

The PCR is an open chatting room for gamers all around. We have strict limits inside the chatting room, and we ask that you please follow the rules. Other than that, have fun chatting.

If you would like to become a moderator, please request it to the head admin.

Moderators: Please act accordingly in the group chatting room or you will be stripped of your powers and possibly banned/kicked from the group/chatting session. Please apply punishment accordingly, no sparing your friends. You must use fair treatment, and dicipline when necassary. Being a moderator doesn't make you uber, mess up, and the admins will get you!

Everone must be treated fairly no matter your gender, religion, or race (we don't do the whole "if your black, you can say n*****" keep it out of my chatroom, or be banned.)
Please guys, try keeping your ♥♥♥♥♥ in your pants. If a girl doesn't want you to hit on them, stop. Vice versa. Or you will be punished. And none of the "we went easy on you 'cause your a girl" type of stuff either. Keep all of that out of the chatroom, or even in-game, or you will be punished.

Feel free to send out any custom announcments or events. Please don't edit others. This is for if you would like to hold up anything special. If you abuse these privilages, they will be moved to moderator only status!

Note that the rule system is mostly based on who is in the chatroom now. Some rules may be disregaurded if all the current members are okay with what you are talking about. If you offend someone, please stop however.
