Heavy Knight
Weapons:
Sword and Shield

Great Sword

Primary Attack: A slow but powerful attack with the Great Sword. (4 methods of attack)
Block: Enables a block maneuver.
Special: A 360° spin with sword held out, cutting anything in the way.

Archer

Primary attack: This is a slashing attack with the Short Sword, 4 methods.
Block: Allows the Archer to parry incoming hits.

Longbow
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Medium
Primary attack: By holding down primary, the player will draw the bow back in preparation to fire. Release primary attack to fire the arrow. If the arrow is fired before pulling back the bow all the way, it won't achieve as much distance or damage.
Special: Fire three arrows at once.

Crossbow
Damage: Heavy
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Medium/Slow
Primary attack: This fires the crossbow. May carry up to 20 bolts.
Block: Block toggles between aiming mode and regular mode. When in aiming mode, the crossbow is much more accurate, but the player's run speed is reduced to a walk.

Primary Attack: This fires the crossbow. 15 bolts.
Block: Toggles between aiming mode and regular mode. When in aiming mode, the crossbow is much more accurate, but the player's run speed is reduced to a walk.

Mace and Buckler
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Bashing
Speed: Medium
Primary Attack: Primary attack swings the mace at the opponent. (3 methods of attack)
Block: Holds up the buckler for blocking. While the buckler is being held up, primary will bash with the buckler. Release block to lower the buckler. The buckler cannot protect the Man-At-Arms near as much as a shield, but it bashes nicely.

Halberd
Damage: Heavy
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Slow
Primary Attack: A slow but powerful attack with a long reach. (4 methods of attack)
Block: Enables a slow block function.

Berserker
Weapons:
Two-Handed Bearded Axe
Damage: Heavy
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Medium/Slow
Primary Attack: 4 methods of attack. Faster attack than the Huscarl.
Block: Enables a block maneuver.

Dual Wield
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Fast
Primary Attack: Holding this swings the two weapons in succession with quick speed. Attacking while moving back primes the two to attack at once.
Block: Both weapons come together to perform a block function.

Berserk (Special)
By triggering the berserk any time the Special Bar is full, the berserker will go into a frenzy of mayhem. While active, a small amount of health is granted and the berserker will have a slight alteration in sight and sound. This lasts for 15 seconds and gives the player speed and damage boosts during that time. At the end of the berserk, the health given is lost and the player will die if below 0 health.

Special: A charge forward with the shield, bashing your opponents into the air.

Throwing Axes (6)
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Medium/Fast
Primary Attack: Hold primary to ready the axe, release to throw. The axe won't be as powerful unless you take your time to ready it fully.

Two-Handed Axe
Damage: Medium/Heavy
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Medium
Primary Attack: 4 methods of attack.
Block: Enables a block maneuver.

Primary Attack: A somewhat powerful slashing attack with the langseax. (4 methods of attack)
Block: Holding Block holds the shield up to block. While the shield is being held up, using primary attack will bash with the shield. Release secondary to lower the shield.

Spear
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Fast
Primary Attack: The player stabs the spear at the enemy. This has a long reach and can do a decent amount of damage. The Spear only attacks in a thrusting motion.
Block: Enables a block maneuver.
Special: The player charges for a short time with the spear sticking out, mowing enemies down.

Javelins (2)
Damage: Heavy
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Fast
Primary Attack: Readies the javelin to be thrown. Pressing primary fire again will throw the javelin. More damage is done and more distance is reached when running forward while throwing. One cannot strafe will having a javelin readied.
Block: Cancels the readied javelin.

Skirmisher
Weapons:
Cutlass
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Fast
Primary Attack: A fast attack. (4 methods of attack)
Block: Enables the Skirmisher to parry incoming hits.
Special: A forward lunge.

Flintlock Pistols
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Medium/Fast
Primary Attack: The Skirmisher holds 6 flintlock pistols. Once a pistol is fired, a new one is drawn. These are only accurate up to 50 feet and can all be reloaded when the user has ammo to do so.

Powder Keg
Damage: Massive
Damage Type: Explosive
Speed: Slow
Primary Attack: The skirmisher lights the barrel. Use primary attack once it's lit to throw the keg. The user's speed is reduced to a walk whenever the keg is in hand.

Primary Attack: 4 methods of attack.
Block: Enables the Captain to parry incoming hits.

Parrot & Hook Combo
Damage: Small
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Fast
Primary Attack: Unleashes the parrot to fly about and peck poor unsuspecting souls to death. Using the button again while the parrot is flying about will call him back.
Block: Short but quick attack with the hook.

Blunderbuss
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Blackpowder
Speed: Medium
Primary Attack: Fires the Blunderbuss. Weapon causes the Captain to be knocked back a little while firing it. Less damage caused to targets outside imediate proximity.
Special: Fire an exploding ball of fire towards your opponents

Fancy Dagger
Damage: Light
Damage Type: Cutting
Speed: Very Fast
Primary Attack: A weak, but very fast attack delivered in a combination of stabbing and slashing.

Artisan's Flintlock Pistol
Damage: Moderate
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Medium/Fast
Primary Attack: This is a slightly more accurate shot than the Skirmisher's and has a range of 70 feet. The user has to reload after every shot.
Block: The Sharpshooter steadies the barrel on his left arm, giving him a more accurate shot, but slowing his run speed down slightly.

Long Rifle
Damage: Heavy
Damage Type: Piercing
Speed: Slow
Primary Attack: This fires the rifle. The rifle's range is long, but this isn't an instant hit. Depending on how far the enemy is, you may have to lead them a bit.
Block: The Sharpshooter aims the rifle on his shoulder, allowing for an insanely more accurate shot. Leading the enemy will still come into play here.

Booty (bt_island, bt_forgotten)
There are chests scattered throughout the map and each team has a base they must bring these chests to. The bases need to be enterable for the other teams (should have more than one way in - entrances may have to be made by breaking things). The more chests you hold, the faster your counter goes down. If you capture a chest that was owned by another team, 5 points are subtracted from your counter and added to theirs; the first team to 0 wins the round. Standing in an enemy's chest zone will stall their counter.

Territory (te_sandstorm)
Territories are strategically placed throughout the map. Teams need to capture these points and hold them. The more territories you own, the faster your counter drops. The first team to 0 will win the round. In some maps, holding all of the territories will allow the team to win in X number of seconds, no matter how high their counter is; these variables are all map-specific. Standing in an enemy's territory will reduce the rate of their counter, but the attackers must outnumber the defenders for the territory to change to neutral. To capture a territory, you must first clear out all enemys.

Push
Difficult to describe, very map specific. The mapper has a lot of control over how the game mode works. In general there is a timer set at the beginning of the round. The mapper chooses who the timer runs for. The mapper also chooses objectives the players must attain before the timer runs out. These may include objects to destroy, buttons to press, any array of triggers at the mappers discretion. Time can be added to the timer through triggers and teams can be chosen for the timer. When the timer reaches zero the team designated by the mapper will win the round. See this thread for more information!

Last Team Standing (lts_arena, lts_cathedral)
All teams spawn and each player has 1 life per round. Once killed, you will enter spectator mode. The last team to have players alive will win the round. There is a timer to control the round, if the timer reaches 0:00, players enter Sudden Death. The mapper ultimately decides what to do with Sudden Death to speed things up. Sudden Death will only last for so long before the round automatically ends. If there is no winner by this time, the round is considered a Draw. Sudden Death has a random chance of occuring at round start; this is controlled by the server using the command mp_randsuddendeath. Default is 0.15 which gives a 15% chance.

Holy Grail (hg_frostbite, hg_fort, hg_desertruin, hg_temple)
A Holy Grail is placed somewhere in the map. Teams must fight their way to the grail and grab it. As a team holds the grail they must work together to kill a certain number of enemies. Both the grail holder and his surrounding teammates recieve buffs from the grail including health regeneration. A grail icon is visible through walls, pointing enemies in the right direction. However, to keep things from getting too chaotic the icon fades away at a certain distance and only updates its position every few seconds.

Team Deathmatch
Players spawn around the map and simply kill as many enemies as possible. There are no rounds and the only objective is to annihilate players on opposing teams.
