How to start a server:
1,Create server in game
2.Turn on developer console* by pressing ~ and input the following command:
sv_lan 0
3.Switch the map by using the following command:
changelevel nmo_xxxx , where xxxx is the map name

* Remark: You may have to turn on the developer console in game option
