This Group is for Guild Wars Trading -Only-

I thought that using the Steam community as a trading channel would be great! just think no more going from town to town spamming trade chat~! Here is how it works,Utilizing the steam ingame overlay and the Guild Wars-Trading public steam group chatroom, you can now trade realtime across all of guild wars.imagine being in a exporable area and finding a great item! just pull up the overlay join the chatroom, post your item and your chara name for contact info. and bam you initiated trade to anyone using the chatroom. this will only work of course if we have enough GW players using this great system.

here are the steps:

1.go to www.steampowered.com and click on the link "get steam now". after installing the client open up the steam "games" window. click the "add non-steam game" button and select guild wars from the list. next open the "community" window and search guild wars trading" join Guild Wars Trading public Steam Group.

2.Open up Guild Wars via Steam. When in game hit shift+tab (by default) to open up the Steam Overlay.

3. click friends, then click the Guild Wars Trading public group now added to your friends. Join the group public chatroom and post your trade.

Rules: please dont recruit in the chat room. do not sell gold. do not sell accounts.do not spam and most of all be respectful.
