Today, the respective heads of states of the German Empire and the Dutchy of Byzantium met to agree upon mutral topics of importance of their nations. After this discussion, it was agreed that a alliance, non-aggression, and trade pact with be the most benificial thing for the two nations to have. In short, this treaty, signed at Berlin, have the following points to it.

-The German Empire and Byzantium shall enter into a military alliance.
-The German Empire and Byzantium shall have a non-agression pact
-The German Empire and Byzantium shall have a trade pact.

These terms have been agreed upon by their repective heads of state.
