For Newbie/Inexperienced Dota Players

I'm thinking that if we practice enough together, we'll get better at the game to the point where we don't constantly get ganked by medium bots. Hopefully, this group will enable us to readily find new or inexperienced players to play with and facilitate the process of organizing players.
