The United States has successfully maintained its spot as the greatest world power as areas of the world are beginning to have unrest as a result of the Soviet collapse and ongoing struggle for power. The USSR has reformed into the Russian Federation, working to maintain its military power and authority. What will happen after the USSR? Only time will tell...

Day 5 - Meta Day will be had if needed, if not, the next year will begin.

Rules
1. No player may launch or test a nuclear device without consulting the owner and gaining his permission.

2. Players are obligated to use the proper announcement tag according to what applies in their post.

3. Players may announce the movements of their military. They must update the locations on the military tab.

4. Espionage will be informed to an admin so that he may administrate the operation. An event of espionage will be announced by the owner only.

5. Players must type in complete sentences, and add detail when they are making announcements.

6. Metagaming is never acceptable.

7. If the owner feels that a user is min/maxing any of the nations capabilities such as military or industry etc, the owner will refund the user of their purchases and place nation specific limitations.

8. All IC discussion and diplomacy must take place through announcement or the comment of an announcement.

9. Solicitation is strictly forbidden.

10. Posts that are deemed unrealistic or illogical may be shot down by administration.

11. Decisions by administration are final.

12. Rolls are required for a multitude of in-game actions. Covert actions in secret posts, discovering covert actions in secret posts, expansions, the development of nuclear weapons, or whatever the admin deems necessary.
