Counter Strike Skin Raffles [WIP]

When this is up and running, we will be holding CS Skin raffles.

1. A raffle will be posted in the raffles forum.

2. You will purchase a ticket (this will usually be defined within the raffle) and choose one of the available numbers, along with providing your tradelink.

3. Once all numbers are chosen, one of them will be decided using random.org, the results of this will be screenshotted and posted as proof.

4. The raffle item is sent to the winner, and the process resets again.
