They might stop being VFL, they might join some other org (maybe one with a better logo? Thanks), but what does it matter? And besides, it's not like I'm really coaching at all. I don't watch all of their praccs, for instance. I can't stand it. I gave them advice, even when they did not ask. I told them how I think the game is meant to be played (sorry Nvidia). So yeah, I sort of gave them suggestions. I thought they weren't practicing as effectively as one can and should to achieve proper long-term noticeable improvements. I think they got it, they understand what it is that must be done. But as everything, time is the most relevant factor. They need to do it over and over and over. Without stopping, with great patience. And even then, the outcome isn't certain. But what more can one do than wish and work hard, than dream and be diligent? I think that is the most one can ask oneself. To try. Failure isn't an option, yet it might be a possibility.
