Blue Jay Rail heritage

So me and James have been in a disagreement about who bought what to form Blue Jay Rail. Hers our ideas:

(mine)
blujayrail:
atlantic+TFC
later bought westhighlandrail (james' company: mostly british)

(james)
westhighlandrail had trackage rights+locos from bluejaycorp
then they merged = bluehayrail
later bought atlantic and TFC

Why this is important:
This is beacuse so i will know what locos to put in our upcoming rr musuem and patched locos for BR, as well as our 1-year aniversary train coming in a few months.
