I've been in touch with our new server host and they have issued this reply...

We apologize for the crashes, but we know that ARK had implemented a memory leak fix into the 254.7 patch.

Your server is currently online and available, so please go check it out and let us know about any additional crashes. From there we will evaluate if we need to move your server to a new host machine or not.

Server is rebooting again for 'another update' hopefully will resume normal service soon.
