Server wiped 6-February to remove old/incompatible map assets.
Backup created if wipe is unsuccessful.

Changes:
-War declarations now required for PvP. Server default is PvE
-Fixed mis-configuration of engram points per level (Should now get all your engram points at level 2)
-DinoTurretDamageMultiplier=10.0
-Updated server name to reflect PvE default
-Monster Ark dinos wild spawner added

Issues under investigation:
-Lag
-Ark Dev kit got updated. Unknown ETA on when NPC Bushmen v6 will be updated.

OverrideOfficialDifficulty=8 (Max level 240)
Condensed .ini (100,000 engram points awarded at level 2 instead of from level 2-100)
Added Monster ARK mod.
