Would anybody be interested in playing on a Java realm if I started one up? Does anyone still play? I would love to start a normal server again, but I don't have access to good internet currently. Besides, nothing wrong with vanilla.

It's been a long time since I've posted and I know I kept saying AGN would come back at some point and well, a lot of time has passed since then. AGN will not be coming back in it's old form.

Some of us have stopped playing minecraft, some of us still play it occasionally, whilst others still play regularly. I can for sure say regardless of where everyone is now, I definitely do miss what the server used to be.

I have recently talked with other people, including gudbev, who played on a server that went down called Pwego. They were interested in making a build server where people were free to build as a community with no elitism. This interested me so I have now taken up hosting and developing the server. I'll be publicising the IP of the server soon enough but if you're interested in joining it now in early access feel free to reply to this announcement or PM me. Also in case anyone wants a nostalgic look back at the forums here is the link to them.
