You got invited here because you're a flamer. You insult your teammates during games based on their performance, maybe you abuse the game's report system to try and "get your own back" on them, but ultimately you are using your communciation abilities to abuse other players. However, flaming helps nobody, and all it does is ruin games and make those who were performing badly perform worse.

Ultimately, here's the deal. You've seen one game of a player. Thy could have been playing badly in that one game, but what position are you in to judge their entire gameplay career? Do you have a good understanding of their performance from a wide-ranging variety of games, rather than just one hour of gameplay at most? No? Then say something constructive or useful that will help their gameplay or shut the ♥♥♥♥ up. All you are doing is causing stress and upset, which makes the game worse for everyone involved as players who are angry will make more mistakes and fail to think straight in the game. You are in full control of what you say to your team - the only winning move is not to flame your teammates.

Sit in the corner and reflect on your behaviour before queuing again. Alternatively, just uninstall any game you own with multiplayer capabilities! The world will thank you later.
