Go to Steam/steamapps/USERNAME/countrer-strike-source/cstrike/materials
And there you will find 4 files as listed below

Simianbanner.vmt
Simianbanner.vtf
top1.vmt
top1.vtf

Please Delete all 4 files and rejoin Server
