The SE server is a hosted 24/7 (minus maint time) machine. The hosting company is PingPerfect, which seems to be set up as dedicated server for dummies. If you have your own experiance with hosting services, I'd appreciate your insight.

Ships should be limited to 25 drills, and a total of 30 tools (so 25 drills + 5 other). This may be lowered (to probably 16/20) as the population and lag rises, so building to the max, is at risk of later reduction.

Suicide ramming should not be a combat tactic, however purpose-built ships intended to survive, such as a hvy cutting blade or warhead tipped lance, are valid strategies.

There's a specific discussion post on asteroids, but these are arrranged in a central 20km&3 cube. With the render distance set at 15km, every asteroid can be viewed by at least 3 others, and there are 15 asteroid locations. Only the center has more than one rock.

Make sure you vote for the server, it should help make this a more active server.

The world name is chosen becuase occasional (maybe equinox and soltice days) server wipe competitions will be held with the winning group passing ship(s) (tbd) to the next world.
