Tutorial for those who doesn't know how to download Hamachi:
Step 1: Search for LogMeIn Hamachi at Google.
Step 2: Download the Unmanaged version of LogmeIn Hamachi.
Step 3: Install it.
Step 4: Set it up and use any name you want. (It must not be disgusting)
Step 5: Click "Network" and click "Join a existing network".
Step 6: Type any network from above and type in the password
