Upon the premature death of the former Tsar, Mikhail Romanov, without issue, he has been succeeded by his younger brother, Katel Romanov. In a solemn ceremony within the walls of the Cathedral of the Dormition, Katel was anointed with chrism and crowned with the Crown of Monomakh by the Patriarch. Upon the termination of the ceremony, Katel was proclaimed Tsar of All Russia and was paraded through the streets of Moscow. God grant that be may rule well.
