We have come to make The Source of what people want on a server.
Easy to use, simple to understand, run by the community, and the staff is just there to maintain the server and help with player issues and problems.

We have a long-standing in Gmod, the many RP servers on it; And we have seen how they are run, and listen to players of these servers. About 3 years now on record.

We joined other servers. We watched, we played, we made friends, we made connections, we seeded.
Watching Staff fight. we explored from DarkRP to 40kRP, to SchoolRP, and even MLP RP (yes we looked far and wide).
We played with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, with friends, with staff, with dictators, with server owners, and minges.
We did it all in the past 3 years, just to gather what players want.

What have I seen on these servers for the past 3 years?:
Some of these servers say that, its "for the players", while enforcing a hierarchy dictatorship server staff that pushes power over those under them, Even their own staff.
Some of these servers even say they "listen" to their players, which very few of them do.
Well. that's fine with them. They have a large player count. its what people like to see. 128 slot servers. Okay.
But. What about us?


The answer is. No. "But you say that NOW but LATER"
No. never
The server is being built. bottom up. from player system input, from player desires (reasonable desires), and listening to them. Our servers are built from a community, that has existed prior for over 3 years; Has gone out and picked up lots of things from other servers around gmod and even some other games as well with RP in it or as an element.

Ah, the key to that is a Community that runs the server. Not a select hand full of staff.
We appoint people to a council to represent sections of the community for us. We take all our group low to high officers. And have a large meeting. Free talk. After every event, in a debrief, we discuss how the server is, where it needs to go, what needs to change. and etc. Free talk.

Its because I have yet to see one server that has done such a thing that lets the players of the server strip even the owner's staff rank admin powers if he is abusive.
I have not seen a server where a group of just players, sit down and discuss of rule 8 if it's still a viable rule to have. Or talk about why there should or shouldn't be "said" addon that someone brought up. Or what they want to do with the event that these said 3 people are putting together for the server.
