A Separate Role-Play for the Experianced

The People's Tier was created for older, experianced RP'ers mostly from CoN Tier 2 and AWN Tier 1 who wish to take place in an active Role-Play community once again. We will have simple, straight forward rules, which for the most part will keep everyone constantly engaged in this group.

This Role-Play Community is not affiliated with CoN, AWN, or any parent organization.

Tier Wide:
1- All nations must start out with their historical land from 1872, no exceptions
2- In order to hold a nation within this group, you must keep a realistic name with realation to group
3- All technology must be within 5 years before and after the year 1872
4- Must have a high level of public maturity, and use your best spelling and grammar skills
5- Must stay Semi-Realistic, if you cross the line you will be considered for kicking
6- Battles must be fought on a total war game including: NTW, ETW
7- In battle you must fight as your country or the most similar nation to it
8- You may only post three announcments every 24 hour cycle

Government:
1- Governemnt Structure will and can not change
2- The High Council, Consisting of three members, can not be removed from his position
3- Lower Council members can be removed by a 3 out of 3 vote from the High Council
4- Elections for the Lower house will be held every month for 24 hours starting at 12 PM
5- If a High Council member wishes to propose a law, all three must agree and it will be sent to the lower council where it can be finalized by a majority vote
6- A Lower Council member may propose a law, if the law wins by majority in th e Lower House, it will be sent to the High Cuncil where it can be finalized by a unanimous vote.
