FYI, it appears they will have a public Beta out during the summer. So far the game takes place in 3048. Looks fantastic!

http://mwomercs.com/ Hell yeah, we have a return of the mechwarrior franchise in MMO format coming next summer. As an old Battletech fan I'm excited to see this return in full.

From reading of the features for those of us who spent time in the old NBT league a lot of the features we adored then are going to be returning.
