General Note:
Everyone who hasn´t set up his military accordingly to realism and rules till 1702, will have to recruit his military ICly then and is considered to start with none. That may be unrealistic, but it is a punishment if you cannot or don´t want to keep up with the RP.
Also everyone who applied and was approved, but has not made his nation page. Do so, no need to waste spots of good nations for the average file corpse roleplayer.
